Google revamped its Logo and Navigation Bar

Posted by Labels: at
Yes, this is first time since 2010, Google came with new flatter design for its Logo and new navigation bar.  And nothing to be surprised, Google’s new or say redesigned logo comes after only month when Yahoo! Changed its logo as well as updated Bing search tool engine.

Google logo revamped

Details for revamped designs:

Google has rolled out new flatter and cleaner lines design for its logo and replaced old menu bar with new and smaller range of links for its navigation bar.
There is one more new addition along with the logo i.e. “app launcher bar” for quick access to wide range of Google products for its user like G+, Gmail etc.  This app launcher looks similar to the Google’s Chrome OS app launcher which has App Grid with your favorite Google Service.

According to a BBC report, new search menu is placed just next to share and account info link and users will now be required to click on an icon made up of small squares on the home page to access other products like Google Drive storage, Android app Play Store or YouTube videos. However,  changes will not be available to all the users yet since A Google spokesperson said that similar changes would now be "slowly rolled out" across its products in an attempt to streamline users' experience of its services to prevent 'distractions'.Source: TOI
