Combination of full body exercises, balances diets, and notorious food can help you to reduce your weight or say to achieve your mission for “Weight Loss!!!”.

What is Proper Workout?                                                                                                                  
The basic definition for your proper workout includes following points:
1) Minimum 20 minutes workout for a day.
2) Workout should be in progressive manner.
3) Workout should be hard and intense in nature.
In short minimum 20 minutes workout on daily basis which should be progressive in nature to make your work hard and intense.
It’s not mandatory to workout for 20 minutes at same time, you can have option like 10 min workout twice a day.
Different types of workouts includes:                                                                                                      
1) Running: Running is a full body workout that keeps your muscle tone and control weight.
2) Zumba: Zumba is a dance form merged with a fitness routine.
3) Kickboxing: Great fat burning and body toning workout.
4) Spinning: spinning workouts to build stamina and resistance.
5) Cycling: experiment with uphill and downhill cycling
6) Skipping: Target a set number of revolutions and set goals of 100, 200, 300, or 500 revolutions in the shortest time.
7) Weight training: highly effective method to stay fit well into your middle to older years.
8) Yoga: It’s not a quick weight loss, but Yoga helps to improve posture and breathing technique, which helps us fight daily stress more effectively.
9) Jumping Jacks: The fun jumping jacks are effective in elevating your heart rate.
10) Body combat: fiercely energetic and is inspired by martial arts to empowering cardio workout.
11) Power Yoga: Power Yoga is a derivative of Ashthanga Yoga.
12) Bootcamp: A fitness boot camp is a type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
13) Prison workouts: Highly effective and you can do them in your bedroom with next to no equipment and the time you spend on them is really up to you.
14) Upper Body Workout: This workout includes: Tricep dips, Pull-ups and Push-ups.
15) Lower body Workout: This workout includes - Squat jump, Jump lunge.

Skills that are dying out Now – A – Days

Yes, Here am talking about the Skill’s that are dying out today because of technologies.

Here are the few ones and reason for dying:

1) Using dictionary: Yes, using dictionary is dying now a days for searching a word. Google replaced searching for accurate word or some online or offline integrated dictionaries for laptop or mobile with easy to get meaning option is cause for death for searching dictionaries.

2) Using Reference Book: Now- a –days “Wikipedia” becomes the best reference book for all you need. And if something you didn’t find out go for Google search. Uses of Wikipedia and Google search have taken over the need to look at proper reference book or dictionary.

3) Mental Arithmetic ability: Uses of calculator, mobile or computer screen took place for all our daily need for doing some arithmetic. The ability to do mental arithmetic has suffered as people can readily use a calculator on their phone or computer screen.

4) Reading Map: Searching ability on Map for direction, route or someplace died due to Google Maps and other same kind of websites and software’s.

5) Thank You card: Writing a thank you card had died out due to invention of mail, SMS. It’s just killing off traditional etiquette due to spread of technologies.

Skills are Dying

These are the few example of skill which dying of due to many reasons.

Some are good, some are bad. But Skills are skills which help brain to grow.

Due to spread of technologies, we become dependent on same. we are losing our ability to search, to compute. Am not against the technologies, but just want to mention which are the skills that are dying today because of technologies.

I know your answer is YES only.

Guys, here I’m not going to give you a list of do’s and Don’ts for you related to your exercises, fast food addiction or something which very common to all and most of them you know very well.

Yes, here am gonna tell you to just avoid one habit and you have win - win condition in order to lose weight along with your daily exercise.
Just tell me one thing..

Are You a night creature who can't resist eating a snack late in the day or say night or love to eat late nights while watching TV show or movie??                                                                                    

If your answer is Yes, then no matter what you do, what you eat, you won't get into the desired shape, unless you change your eating habits.

You have to just change your 1 simple habit and you are ready to reduce your weight.
Binge - Eat
Avoid or keep yourself away from night eating habits

To achieve same, here are just few tips for you:                                                                                

1) One of the best ways to keep yourself from eating at night is by brushing and flossing your teeth early.

2) You won’t have access to your refrigerator, pantry area or kitchen at night for all types of junk food items like pizza, burger, ice-cream, coke, etc.

3) If you have habit to eat something while watching TV show or movie at night. Stop it either of them.

4) If turning off TV doesn't help, call your friend, go for walk, play any game.

5) If calling out your friend then remember: He/she may not be able to give you tips on how not to binge-eat, but will definitely encourage you and take you through the night.

Hope above simple 5 tips to avoid binge-eat at night will help you a lot.

Know Your PAN Card

Know your Pan Card:
PAN card consist of below information:

  •          Your complete name.
  • ·         Your date of birth.
  • ·         Your Father’s name.
  • ·         Your Photo.
  • ·         Your PAN number.
  •           And your Signature.



PAN number explanation:
  • A typical PAN number consist of 10 alphanumeric numbers e.g. AFZPK7190K
  • In which first three characters i.e. “AFZ” in the above PAN are alphabetic series running from AAA to ZZZ.
  • Fourth character of PAN i.e. “P” in the above PAN represents the status of the PAN holder.

o   P” stands for Individual,
o   F” stands for Firm,
o   C” stands for Company,
o   H” stands for HUF,
o   A” stands for AOP,
o   T” stands for TRUST etc.
o   B” stands for body of individuals (BOI)
o   L” stands for Local Authority
o   J” stands for Artificial Judicial Person
o   G” stands for Government
  • Fifth character i.e. “K” in the above PAN represents first character of the PAN holder’s last name/surname.
  • Next four characters i.e. “7190” in the above PAN are sequential number running from 0001 to 9999.
  • Last character i.e. “K” in the above PAN is an alphabetic check digit.

Benefits of PAN card:
  • PAN card is treated as ID proof and signature proof.
  • To open a bank account.
  • Get approval for your Loan.
  • On deposit or withdrawal of more than 50K at once in bank, PAN card is mandatory.
  • While applying for Passport, driving license PAN card is useful.

This post would help you to know: How to get PAN card easily as well as what PAN card is?

1. What Is PAN?                                                                                                                                   
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a ten-digit alphanumeric number.
  • Which is issued in the form of a laminated card, by the Income Tax Department, to any “person” who applies for it or to whom the department allots the number without an application.  
  • For example: PAN number looks like: AFZPK7190K
  • PAN number always remain same, fixed or constant in case of change in address too. You just need to update your address to PAN card dept.
    General format for PAN Card

    2. Why PAN card?                                                                                                                                

    It is mandatory to quote PAN on return of income, all correspondence with any income tax authority. From 1 January 2005 it will 
    be mandatory to quote PAN on challans for any payments due to Income Tax Department. 
    It is also compulsory to quote PAN in all documents pertaining to the following financial transactions :- 
    • Sale or purchase of any immovable property valued at five lakh rupees or more; 
    • Sale or purchase of a motor vehicle or vehicle, [the sale or purchase of a motor vehicle or vehicle does not include two wheeled vehicles, inclusive of any detachable side-car having an extra wheel, attached to the motor vehicle.
    • A time deposit, exceeding fifty thousand rupees, with a banking company ; 
    • A deposit, exceeding fifty thousand rupees, in any account with Post Office Savings Bank; 
    • A contract of a value exceeding one lakh rupees for sale or purchase of securities; 
    • Opening a bank account; 
    • Making an application for installation of a telephone connection (including a cellular telephone connection); 
    • Payment to hotels and restaurants against their bills for an amount exceeding twenty-five thousand rupees at any one time.
    • Payment in cash for purchase of bank drafts or pay orders or banker’s cheques for an amount aggregating fifty thousand rupees or more during any one day; 
    • Deposit in cash aggregating fifty thousand rupees or more with a bank during any one day; 
    • Payment in cash in connection with travel to any foreign country of an amount exceeding twenty-five thousand rupees at any one time.
    3. Who can Apply for PAN?                                                                                                             
    • Any Indian citizen can apply for PAN card.
    • There is no age limit for same. 
    • Even new born baby can apply for PAN card.
    4. Is Online Application available?                                                                                                
    • Yes we can apply for the PAN card online.
    • For online application you need to visit service section of NSDL portal. Click here for NSDL portal. Then click on Apply Online on PAN section of same.
    Alternative way for applying PAN is:
    • Go to http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/
    • Click on Apply PAN on PAN section at left upper side of website.
    • For both you need to pay PAN card application Fees as Rs. 94/- only.
    • Payment of application fee can be made through credit/debit card or net-banking.
    • After payment, take printout for acknowledgement and paste your latest photo with signature.
    • Once the application and payment is accepted, the applicant is required to send the supporting documents through courier/post to NSDL/UTITSL
    • Application must reached to below address within 15 days.

    Apply through service center:                                                                                                           
    • In order to improve PAN related services, the Income Tax department has authorized UTI Investor Services Ltd (UTIISL) to set up and manage IT PAN Service Centers in all cities or towns where there is an Income Tax office and National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to dispense PAN services from TIN Facilitation Centers. For convenience of PAN applicants in big cities, UTIISL has set up more than one IT PAN Service Center and likewise there are more than one TIN Facilitation Centers.
    • You can also get info regarding service center through website for income tax department.
    • You need to fill form 49A for applying pan card.
    • At service center, you will get assisted for filling up form for PAN card.
    • Don’t forget to get receipt for your application of PAN card.

    Timing for service center:                                                                                                                   
    Like all other government office timing for service center are:
    • ·         Monday to Friday: 10AM to 5PM
    • ·         Saturday: 10AM to 1PM.
    • ·         Lunch Time: 1PM to 2PM

    What is Form 49?                                                                                                                                  
    •          Form 49A is used to fill when applying for PAN card.
    •          Its freely available at service center desk for income tax.
    •          You can buy same at stationary shop at nominal changes like Rs. 2 to 5.
    •          Form always be filled with black ink pen only.

    Document required for PAN card:                                                                                                  
    • ·         Two recent passport side photographs.
    • ·         Self attached copy of Identity proof.
    • ·         Self attached copy of address proof.

    Valid document for ID proof:                                                                                                           
    • ·         10th mark sheet.
    • ·         Valid degree from any recognized university
    • ·         Votar ID Card.
    • ·         Driving license
    • ·         Passport
    • ·         Rashan card
    • ·         Aadhar card, etc.

    Note: for new born baby, parents document can be used as ID proof.

    Valid documents for Address proof:                                                                                                
    • ·         Phone bill
    • ·         Electricity bill
    • ·         Bank pass book
    • ·         Employer certificate
    • ·         Rent agreement
    • ·         Passport
    • ·         Credit card statement, etc.

    What to do in case of ‘NO’ ID or address proof available?                                                        
    Nothing to worry in case of you don’t have any address or ID proof. You just need to get your photo and details attached from your area’s MLA, MP or any gadgeted officer on his/her letter head.

    When you will get PAN card?                                                                                                           
    After submitting form, you will get your PAN card within 15 to 20 days of time period. If you didn’t receive your PAN card after 20 days, then you can track your PAN card status online with 15 digit receipt number printed on receipt received during form submission.

    Common Mistake:                                                                                                                               
    While filling form 49A column number 6, married woman needs to add her father name only not her husband name.
